Choose to bring in your own caterer or use our on-site catering from Mulligans Pub.
Flowers, Decorations and Centerpieces
We offer full-service floral for your special day. Centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres, flower girl bouquets, and petals. Provide your own centerpieces and décor or depend on our staff.
Entertainment
The stage can be placed in any configuration for music or speakers. The sound system will accommodate a DJ or live band.
Beverages
We have one fixed bar inside the Event Center with multiple options for other indoor and outdoor beverage service.
Seating
We can set up tables and chairs in nearly any configuration. Talk to our staff about our suggestions for seating arrangements.
Parking
Our parking lot is large and easily accessible. The Big Fish Event Center is entirely ADA (American Disabilities Act) compliant.

Make Your Corporate Meeting Out of the Ordinary!
Big Fish Event Center is an ideal venue for seminars, training sessions, sales meetings, trade shows and business retreats. You can choose from several seating and stage layouts for speakers and break-out groups. You can choose to bring in refreshments or talk to our staff for on-site options.
You can also use our built-in sound system and screen for speakers and presentations. We can accommodate up to 300 people in our event center as well.

Hayward, Wisconsin is home to a vast variety of outdoor and indoor attractions. In winter, cross-country skiing is hugely popular with the Birkebeiner Trail nearby. We also have winter fat-tire biking (you can rent snow bicycles), ice fishing, and snowshoeing nearby.
